Rural Employment Initiatives

Our Rural Employment Initiatives are designed to create steady, local income for women so they no longer have to leave home or rely on seasonal work alone. Every new V7 village becomes a job generator-school, clinic, café, workshop, sports field, farm, and lake all need trained, paid staff.

We map village needs, then match women to roles: eco-build teams, organic farm workers, café cooks, sports coordinators, health aides, craft producers, and more. Training is built into the job, so you earn while you learn instead of waiting for a distant qualification.

We also help villages organise simple employment structures-rotas, fair pay scales, and shared childcare-so more women can participate. Over time, these roles expand into small businesses, from catering to construction services, with our business and financial support standing behind you.
