Apprenticeship Programs

Our Apprenticeship Programs give women the chance to learn a trade by working alongside experienced builders, farmers, café managers, and artisans on live village projects. Instead of sitting in a classroom, you spend most of your time on site, earning a modest stipend while gaining real experience.

You might join an eco-build crew, assist in the organic farm, help run the village café, or support production of herbs, skincare, or crafts for the V7 brand. We pair this hands-on work with short, focused lessons on safety, quality standards, simple accounting, and customer care.

Each apprenticeship follows a clear skills checklist, so by the end you and future employers can see exactly what you can do. Many apprentices move directly into paid roles in the same village enterprises or use their experience as a springboard to start a small business of their own.
