Vocational Skills Training

Our Vocational Skills Training gives women practical, job-ready abilities that can start earning money within months, not years. Every course is built around real work in our V7 villages-construction assistance, organic farming, food preparation, hospitality, craft production, or basic admin.

You learn by doing: mixing hempcrete, preparing safe herbal drinks, managing a village café till, or packaging spices for our organic brand. We pair these hands-on tasks with "workplace basics" that employers and customers look for-timekeeping, safety, teamwork, and simple record-keeping.

For women who prefer to stay close to home, we highlight income options inside the village: supplying produce, joining build teams, staffing the clinic or school kitchen, or making crafts for city outlets. By the end, you hold more than a certificate-you hold skills that can plug directly into paid roles or small enterprises linked to our wider V7 Projects network.
